PD Free Insulation: Insulating high voltage / high power active IC devices by using special AlN-Ceramic-Metall-Siicone discs results in a PD free insulation up to more than 10kV. In our laboratory partial discharge can be measured up to 15 kV, dielectric breakdown strenght up to 50kV AC.
