Launch of AlN-evaporation boat!

AlN ceramic will not or only slightly beeing wetted by many types of molten metals. Therefore working life is long and superior to other ceramic or grafite materials.

In picture 1 you see an evaporation boat for molten aluminium metal, operated e.g. in HCl at
about 900°C.

In picture 2 you see a crucible with lid.
