ANCeam´s AlN and Al2O3 ceramics and metallizations lead free!

All our ceramic materials are in compliance with RodHS regulations according to 2002/95/EG.

Thinfilm and thickfilm metallizations, except AgPd based on FK 1205 and Au paste, are lead free.

A lead free substitute for FK 1205 is in the test phase actually.
