Black AIN

ANCeram is going to present a new developed “black” AlN for optical and optoelectronic applications.
AlN substrates usually show a bright grey or beige colour.
For optical application - especially for using it as submounts of high-brightness LEDs – a black substrat is requested at most.
For the first time ANCeram is going to show its new AlN180Black at the this year´s Productronica - together with a black overglaze developed, produced and distributed by IKTS Dresden.
Both partners exhibit in hall B2 stand 118. So there you will find samples, datas and consultancy at first hand.
